Dallas Museum of Art | Ends May 17, 2009
Time is running out to see Tutankhamun and the Golden Age of the Pharaohs at the Dallas Museum of Art. The exhibit ends Sunday, May 17, 2009.
The DMA announced extended hours for the final weeks of King Tut with a round-the-clock access of 30 hours on closing weekend.
Dallas Art News recommends seeing the Tut exhibit. It is a great experience to see these Egyptian treasures up close. The audio tour is by Omar Sharif. The exhibit is a great educational experience for children and adults.
Do not go expecting to see King Tut at the DMA; only his possessions made the journey to Dallas. The king is resting peacefully in Egypt.
