Lu Mitchell is a prize-winning singer/songwriter best loved for her clever and witty social commentary with songs like:

  • Mary Stuffed Her Boss In The Paper Shredder
  • Love On The Internet
  • Uncle Ned Got Sold In The Yard Sale

Lu and her band, Catch-23 (Drake Rogers and LaDonna Goetz), provide an eclectic mix featuring Lu’s original songs that are outrageously funny and frequently encourage audience participation.

Lu has performed at festival, churches and clubs throughout the United States and recently in Ireland. She has nine albums and a songbook, “Singing For Her Sanity” to her credit.

The Bath House Cultural Center is a division of the City of Dallas Office of Cultural Affairs

The Bath House Cultural Center is located on the eastern shore of White Rock Lake at the end of Northcliff Dr. off of Buckner Blvd. at 521 E. Lawther, Dallas, TX 75218.

Hours of Operation

12 Noon to 6 p.m.
Open later on evenings with performances in the theatre.
