In honor of International Museum Week, the El Paso Museum of History is honored to present The Art of Belly Danceon Thursday evening, May 17, 2012 from 6 to 8 p.m. The program is free and open to all.
Come and celebrate the heritage of the Middle East. Sonia Flores and her daughter Seneé of Snake Charmer and the Belly Dancer along with other performers of this ancient art will present the many different forms of belly dancing including one that uses fire. Sonia’s daughter Senee will have her snake Salome to show you the curves belly dancing can take. A henna artist will be present to help you decorate your hands plus various displays of Middle Eastern articles will be seen.
