The Cottonwood Art Festival, which is held twice a year in Richardson, Texas, has announced the dates for their fall event. The Cottonwood Art Festival will be held October 6-7, 2012. The event, now in its 43rd year, will feature 240 plus artists working in ceramics, mixed-media, pastels, glass, leather, paint, photography, wood and more. Parking and admission to the festival are free.
The Cottonwood Art Festival is located at 1321 West Beltline Road in Richardson, Texas. This is one block east of Coit Road. The festival will be open on Saturday, October 6 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and on Sunday, October 7 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The event will go on rain or shine (hopefully shine).
