Meadows Museum will present renowned Spanish architect Luis Vidal for a book signing. Vidal will be signing his new book From Process to Results in the Meadows gift shop. The event is free to the public. Vidal’s book is $50.
The book signing is on Saturday, November 9, 2013 from 2 to 4 p.m. in the Meadows Museum gift shop. The museum is located on the campus of Southern Methodist University at 5900 Bishop Blvd. in Dallas, Texas. The Meadows has the largest collection of Spanish art outside Spain.
From Process to Results was recently published by Vidal. The book covers major project at Vidal’s firm, including processes, collaborations, and clients. Vidal last visited the Meadows Museum in June. He gave a lecture on urbanism, architecture and industrial design.
Luis Vidal was born in Barcelona and now lives in Madrid, Spain. He founded Luis Vidal + Architects (LVA) in 2004. LVA is one of the largest architectural firms in Spain with a reputation for large-scale public buildings, airports and roadways. Vidal is currently leading the redesign of Terminal 2a at Heathrow Airport.
