Terms
Dallas Art News, MicRo Ad Agency, Michael Roman and the volunteer staff of Dallas Art News will be referred to as Dallas Art News.
All people, both affiliated and not affiliated with Dallas Art News, will be referred to as tourists.
The Dallas Art News Museum Express Tour will be referred to as the tour. The tour lasts from the starting point at the Fort Worth Community Art Center to the ending point at The Women's Museum.
Fort Worth Transportation Authority (The T), Trinity Railway Express (TRE) and Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) will be referred to as mass transit(s).
Amon Carter Museum, Kimbell Art Museum, Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth, Nasher Sculpture Center, Crow Collection of Asian Art, Dallas Museum of Art, Meadows Museum and The Women's Museum will be referred to individually as museum or collectively as museums.
Any hot beverage such as, but not limited too, coffee or tea will be referred to as coffee. Dallas Art News prefers tea.
Any tourist asked to leave the tour and stop following along will be referred to as removed.
Conditions
Dallas Art News is not responsible for the health, safety or general well being of any tourist. Each tourist should be responsible for himself or herself.
Dallas Art News recognizes that buses, trains and lightrails are dangerous and should never be waited for, stood in front of, boarded or ridden. Each tourist who sees Dallas Art News participate in these activities and chooses to follow along does so at their own risk of personal injury.
Dallas Art News considers traffic (motor vehicles driving on a paved surface with no regard to the world around them) equally dangerous and tourist should always obey all traffic regulations, use caution when nearing a roadway and most importantly, look both ways when crossing a street.
Dallas Art News also recognizes that gravity is very dangerous and should be avoided at all costs. Along with gravity there are a number of hazards at or between museums which include roads, parking lots, sidewalks, curbs, grassy areas, floors, stairs, doors, elevators or possibly works of art. Each tourist should watch their steps.
Dallas Art News has been told that coffee is hot and tourists should avoid asking for, holding, stirring, blowing on or sipping coffee at all costs. Most coffees have been found to have varying levels of caffeine, which may cause alertness or the asking of too many questions.
Dallas Art News recognizes that eating food can be hazardous and recommends fasting during the tour. Sandwiches have calories, chips are salty, pickles are vinegary and paper products are eco-hazards. Dallas Art News is not responsible for any weight gain, high blood-pressure, sour expressions, potential doom to the planet or any other unforeseen issue that can be associated with a box lunch. In short, the mass transits, museums, coffee and food provided during the tour are not operated, controlled or prepared by Dallas Art News and thusly Dallas Art News is not responsible for, and not limited to, any accidents, delays, misfortunes, burned tongues or mustard stains that may occur.
Tourists are following Dallas Art News at will and can decide to stop following Dallas Art News at any time during the tour.
Conduct
Dallas Art News expects every tourist to conduct himself or herself in a way that is acceptable for a general audience. Dallas Art News reserves the right to determine what is and what is not acceptable conduct or behavior. Dallas Art News will remove any tourist from the tour if the tourist is not exhibiting acceptable conduct or behavior. Any tourist exhibiting dangerous or foul conduct or behavior will be removed immediately.
Serial killers are discouraged from participating in the tour.
Damage
Dallas Art News is not associated with any mass transit or museum. If a tourist damages any property belonging to either a mass transit or museum, then the tourist is liable for the damage.
In other words, you break it — you buy it.
The Fairmont Dallas
Dallas Art News is not associated with the Fairmont Dallas. Anything that happens at the Fairmont Dallas is between the Fairmont Dallas and the tourist.
